Steve brings to Decision Flow nearly three decades of executive leadership at high-growth cloud software companies. Operating at the cross-section of business and technology, Steve’s focus is expanding mindshare and market share for innovative solutions that disrupt markets.

Steve began his career at the prestigious Bell Laboratories, where he led systems engineering teams bringing new telecom and internet services to market. Following Bell Labs, Steve built customer, product, business development, and marketing teams at several rapidly growing software companies, each of which created new categories in their markets. He learned that the secret to a company’s success is not simply out-innovating the competition, but an obsessive focus on customer needs and customer service.

Steve earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Stanford and Cornell Universities. The holder of four patents, Steve is continually looking for ways to innovate products, services and processes to improve customer experience.
